The base ZRX 1200 of Kawasaki's 2006 to 2008 run, a retro-styled big naked-look bike built around a liquid-cooled 1165 cc transverse four with four Keihin CVK36 carburettors. It uses a double-cradle tubular steel frame and fully adjustable 43 mm forks, and aims at riders who want strong mid-range pull rather than a sports-bike riding position. It sits alongside the faired S and the bikini-faired R versions of the same engine.
